Dear Shop the LEWK Boutique divas, with this unfortunate pandemic our main priority is ensuring that everyone remains safe, that includes our team, family and customers. WE have chose  to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to the COVID-19 until further notice. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers by our healthy team safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk.  We want to thank you all for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times and pray that everyone stays safe and healthy. 

If by any chance you receive a faulty item, please contact our store immediately to have the issue rectified ASAP.

 

At check out the customer assumes the responsibility  of ensuring that they have chosen the correct size, color and quantity prior to check out.

 

All items are thoroughly  inspected prior to packaging and shipping. All items will include a stamp of inspection by our team prior packaging with the date it was inspected and time.

 

 

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID AND SANITARY REASONS. 

 

However, If a item appears to be damaged within 24 hours of you receiving the order you may receive store credit or partial credit for that item.

If the shipping carrier misplaces your order, you will have to work with the carrier being that our company did not cause this issue.
